Faithful Alarms offers a variety of emergency lighting equipment. Emergency lighting is used to mark exit routes and stairwells to navigate in the event of a fire outbreak. When a fire alarm is triggered, the emergency lights automatically turn on to mark exit routes in the event that visibility has been affected by smoke hazard. Our emergency lighting is equipped with reserve power supplies, so the lights will work as intended even if there’s a power outage.

The UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published a Code of Practice on Emergency Lighting in which they recommend that emergency lighting should be sufficient to provide illumination for the safe evacuation of people from the building in an emergency.
